Here at Roginshop, we believe in 100% customer service and strive to please all Roginshopers. We always do our best to take care of our valuable customers.
In the unlikely event if any product that you have purchased is damaged or incorrect then you may return your product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to Roginshop in a resalable & unused condition. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with accessories or free gifts within 30 days (Applicable Product Only) from the day it was delivered.
A) User may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 7 days if:
· Found damaged during delivery
· Received in an unhealthy/ unexpected condition
· Finds product unusable (Size/Color issue)
B) User may return any unopened or defective up to 20% and less, item within 7 days of receiving the product. But following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:
· Damages due to misuse of product
· Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
· Any consumable item which has been used or installed
· Products with tampered or missing serial
· Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
· If you received an item Damaged or incorrect then we may request you to share Pictures or a video with the order Number.
· Please make sure that all returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
· If the customer wants to return the products they have to request for return within 12 HOURS of delivery of the products. The amount will be refunded via same source within 15 working days.
If you want a refund/exchange, you may return your item(s) to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and may be service and courier charge be applicable after that the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on policies.
